Location: Newton
Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to $13
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (830am - 6pm), Friday (830am - 530pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee gathered statistics and data to facilitate performance report preparation
- Retrieve applications daily from internal systems
- Distribute applications to officers manually and update records accordingly
- Handling incoming public phone calls
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by reporting officer.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Level qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work on weekend preferred
- Singaporean candidates only
