- Help with the day-to-day administration of the HR responsibilities.
assistance with recruiting for the purpose of scheduling, arranging, and uploading job adverts. - Organising the logistics and paperwork for new hires during onboarding.
- Conduct new employee orientations and update their records.
- Keeping records involves keeping current and correct personnel records, databases, and helping with daily administrative procedures
- Oversee and assist the group in completing all necessary daily operations tasks.
- To support the monthly overtime and allowance (if applicable) for each employee
- Stay current with the newest trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Business administration/Human Resource Management.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
