Job Title: Senior Executive - Corporate and Project Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate and Project Management Executive to oversee and manage various construction and real estate projects in Singapore from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and real estate development, with excellent leadership and organizational skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and due diligence for new projects.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and regulatory teams to secure necessary permits, approvals, and financing.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning through construction, occupancy, and post-construction review.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure proper documentation across all stages.
Budget and Cost Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost forecasting and variance analysis.
Approve and track expenditures, invoices, and payments to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
Construction Management:
Coordinate with consultants to ensure construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Coordinate structured progress meetings with consultants to address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during planning, construction and sale.
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate reporting for all project stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and community members.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Office Upkeep and Management
Documentation Upkeep of corporate records
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in related fields.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and real estate project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to Singapore.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AI tools) and construction management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and guidelines.
