About The Team
The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We're dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design global processes and related systems, being HR Operations "Product Manager" and "Product Operation" role;
- Develop process metrics and conduct comprehensive data monitoring and quality analysis based on these metrics;
- Collaborate with other HR teams to facilitate the implementation of the company's management philosophy and HR policies, and offer strategic insights to inform company management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in HR, experience in an international HRBP or COE role is desirable;
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale project management, with a preference for candidates with more than 3 years of experience managing global projects;
- An articulate communicator with the ability to thoughtfully and thoroughly present problems and solutions, coupled with strong cross-functional negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Certified as a Labor and Social Security Attorney;
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
