- We are looking for an Inhouse Talent Sourcer
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Experience 3-5 years in recruitment/talent sourcing space
- Global sourcing experience
- Supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, etc.
- Must Have hands on experience with ATS - SuccessFactor and Eightfold Or similar AI talent platforms.
- Well-versed with basic recruitment hygiene checks.
Job Description
- Interprets the business requirement to drive the staffing process to promote optimal internal and external mix.
- Develops and maintains strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business partners to ensure a streamlined hiring process and positive candidate experience.
- Provides insights on talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and be able to influence hiring decisions accordingly.
- Understands all company practices and interfaces with many management levels.
- Executes on hiring plans end-to-end within the aligned SLAs across multiple BUs/domains.
- Receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Influences hiring manager and the business team to deliver on the Positive Candidate Experience throughout the process.
- Has advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, and the ability to leverage them to source and attract top talent.
- Understands entire staffing lifecycle and uses the appropriate systems, tools, processes etc
- Has the ability to analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Gathers and supports data for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborates with HRBP's, Finance, Total Rewards, DEI&B, Talent Enablement
- Provides leadership role for work group through advanced knowledge in area of specialization.
- Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from management.
