Job Description:
As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with the product development and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Job Scope:
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
· Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
· Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.
· Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
· Collaborate with product development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
· Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in the procurement process.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, or related field
· Proven experience in sourcing and procurement
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
