Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Assistant/ Purchaser / Buyer / Supply Chain Assistant responsible in procuring required equipment, spares spart components & others. To source and qualify new potential suppliers from local and regional market. To prepare PO & DO for customers’ requirements. Liaise with freight agency for shipment matters. Stock inventory management when the items reach.
What Will You Do
- Provide administrative support for customer orders
- To prepare PO & DO for customers’ requirements
- Liaise with sales team for daily smooth operations
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange import/ export shipments
- Any other administrative work assigned by manager
What Do We Want
- At least a Diploma Business Administration / Accounting / Biotechnology, or equivalent qualifications
- Min 2-3 years working experience in prepare PO & DO for customers
