Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO who can meet the current needs of the company and support its long-term growth. Both business areas are in the early stages of development. The founding team is capable, committed, and visionary, aiming for outstanding achievements in each field. The ideal candidate will hold an ACCA Certificate and have a proven track record in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Experience: The CFO should have experience managing finances across multiple countries, understanding different regional financial regulations and tax policies, given the company’s headquarters in Singapore, R&D in China, and markets in Korea and the USA.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding the financial needs and challenges of AI infrastructure services and AI personalized consumer products, providing valuable insights into capital allocation and budgeting.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: The company's businesses are in the startup phase, requiring a CFO who can work in uncertainty, adapt to changes, and drive rapid company growth.
- Fundraising Ability: Proven successful fundraising experience, capable of securing necessary capital support for the company. The CFO needs to communicate with investors and articulate the company’s vision and growth potential, especially in the early stages.
- Team Collaboration: The founding team is experienced and visionary; the CFO must work closely with the team, understanding and supporting the company’s strategic direction.
- Cross-Cultural Management Skills: Manage multinational teams and handle cross-cultural financial affairs.
- Strategic Thinking and Execution Capability: Supports the company's grand vision through financial strategy and ensure they have the ability to execute and drive plans.
- Risk Management: Experience in risk assessment and management to ensure the company can effectively control risks during rapid expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- ACCA Certificate is preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required due to the nature of our clientele and the need to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
