Location: Expo
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Duration: 6 months to 1 year (convertible to perm)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in generating and tabulating reports
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order.
• Office general administration duties such as photocopying, filing, archiving, scanning of doc, etc.
• Support department operations
• Any other ad-hoc related duties
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Excel including Pivot table / Vlookup
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Internship or HR related work experience is a plus
