Responsibilities:
- Setting up of stamping / pressing machines.
- To interpret technical drawing for setting up, perform first-run inspection, aligning, adjusting & troubleshooting machines accordingly.
- Operate machinery and meet daily production schedule/target and performance expectation
- Maintain proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness (5S) of the working area
- Inspect the quality of parts produced to ensure that the quality standards are attained besides meeting production targets.
- Follow safety requirement, and all applicable company policies at all times
- Execute beginning of shift checks as well as pass down information to next shift
- To perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by Supervisor from time to time
Requirement
- NTC 2 or 3 in mechanical servicing or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in operating press/stamping machines
- Able to read technical drawing
- Able to communicate both in Chinese and English
- Forklift license is added advantage
