Key Tasks:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructures both on premise and cloud: servers, network switches, wireless network at multiple warehouses
- Setup and refresh end user devices, printers, barcode scanners
- Troubleshoot IT related hardware, software and network connectivity issues
- Provide Level 1 end-user support for IT devices, core applications such as Warehouse Management system and Transportation Management System
- Maintain IT device and software licenses inventory, procurement and documentation
Skills & Competencies:
- Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Candidates with 2 years’ experience of data centre management and IT operations and Level 1 end-user support or related fields would be preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows software
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN and Network Operating Systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Working experience in warehouse/ logistics environment with exposure to WMS and Transport Management System are welcome to apply
