Senior Accountant (Full Set)
- Working hours: 5.5 days / 8am to 5pm / 8am – 12pm
- Working location: Seletar
- Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,000
Key Responsibilities
Full Set of Accounts Management:
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets register.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts.
Financial Reporting:
- Present financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyse variances.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts
Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Payroll and Taxation:
- Oversee payroll process.
- Manage tax compliance and prepare tax returns.
