About MTFA

The Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a charity committed to supporting the underprivileged in our community through a myriad of services, including but not limited to offering shelter to orphans and youths at risk, facilitating subsidized medical treatments, and administering financial aid through various programs.


Guided by our principle of "Towards a sincere pursuit of Ihsan", we aim to continuously create positive impacts within the communities we serve.


We are looking to recruit a diligent and dedicated Admin Officer for our Ihsan Casket department at the Muslimin Trust Fund Association. In this role, your focus will be on efficiently managing administrative tasks related to burial assignments. If you have a background in administrative along with a passion for serving the community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative

  • Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Be the primary point of contact for inquiries and maintain relations with stakeholders, including contractors and other casket companies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Manage all necessary documentation for burial assignments and generate regular reports to keep the executive team informed.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support for burial services, ensuring a dignified and compassionate approach in line with company policies.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, including the processing of invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Training Administration: Administer the Jenazah Management Course, including the preparation of materials and issuance of certificates.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Administrative or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of the English and Malay languages, both written and spoken.

Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative support skills.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards.

Working Conditions

  • Office Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon - Thur)
  • Office Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Fri)
  • Office Location: 5 Mattar Road
  • Flexibility for remote work engagements, in accordance with MTFA's remote work policy.
