Key Responsibilities:
- Build team of executive search professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful delivery of search assignments
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, boards of directors, and other key decision-makers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Conduct high-level searches, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent
- Ensure exceptional quality standards, timely delivery, and outstanding client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of our firm's thought leadership, research, and market intelligence

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field
