Ecommerce Client Account Service Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Client Account Service Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Account Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ecommerce Operations:Oversee the execution of ecommerce campaigns and promotions.
    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
    Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the client experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
    Gather and relay client feedback to improve service delivery.
    Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client growth.
    Use data insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Sales Support:Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
    Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
    Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role within the ecommerce industry.
  • Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
    Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Attributes:Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service.
    Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Additional Requirements:Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
