- Working Location: Singapore (Central-East Area) [Fully Onsite, no WFH]

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing Subject Matter Consultation & Solution Recommendation [during the technical engagements/ meetings (with clients & partners) on product features, functionalities, platform designs, PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, etc.] in the form of:
- POC (Proof-of-Concept) & POC Deployment,
- Demo & Presentation,
- Proposal Writing,
- Product Training/ Enablement, &
- On-site (or Remote) customer Engagements.
- On-site Troubleshooting & Lab Tests (at pre-sales stage).
- Other relevant duties as assigned
[Clients are usually the IT or IT System Integrator organizations and Partners are the principal organizations (that developed Network or Cybersecurity solutions/ products.]
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have minimum 2 – 3 years of either the technical hands-on (deployment & troubleshooting) experience OR Pre-Sales working experience
- [with (at least 1 or more of these following solutions/ products): Checkpoint, Thales (e.g.: Luna HSM), Infoblox, OpenText NetIQ, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Utimaco, Fortanix, SolarWinds, EfficientIP, DNSFilter, BeyondTrust, NetIQ, SailPoint, Okta)]
- Required to have Diploma (or higher) level education in IT/ Computer Science or Cybersecurity or equivalence
- Able to articulate clearly and communicate confidently [with the clients & partners (across all levels)]
- Willing to upgrade oneself with the related technical certifications while working at the same time
