Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Tender Manager, team leaders to support in developing tender strategies and schedule, keep track of the tendering process.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports of business development as per Regional Office and Headquarters’ requirement.
- Prepare and submit tender reports for Regional Office and HQ’s approval, in accordance with relevant company internal regulations throughout the whole tender phase.
- Establish and maintain the communication and coordination ties between Singapore office and Regional Office/HQ.
- Gather market information in construction industry, establish and maintain the system of information collection, filing and distribution.
- Develop and maintain favourable professional relationships with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in developing potential business opportunities.
- Assist Contract Manager in preparing Pre-Bid/JV/Subcontract and other agreements.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Commercial/Marketing or equivalent qualifications
- Preferably with experience working in the civil engineering sector.
- Able to work independently and also as part of a team, to ensure that the corporate aims and objectives of the Commercial and Contract Management Directorate are achieved.
- Committed, self-motivated and pro-active team player.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Candidates shall possess the levels of Language Proficiency as Professional Working Proficiency in English and Native in Mandarin Chinese.
