● Uphold exemplary standards in software quality by adopting best practices in unit and snapshot testing, ensuring our applications' reliability and consistency.
● Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends and technologies in Android development and augmented reality, continuously driving our digital offerings to new heights.
● Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure alignment and successful delivery across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
● Manage and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For
● A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in mobile development.
● Proven experience in both early-stage startups and large-scale companies, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
● Expertise in native Android app development with a mastery of Kotlin and Java, and a thorough understanding of the Android SDK.
● Experience in large-scale Android projects with multiple modules and unit testing coverage of at least 70%.
● Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks like Flutter.
● Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles in software design.
● Proficiency in unit and snapshot testing to ensure high-quality and reliable applications.
● Proven ability to develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate ideas and solutions. Proficiency in Firebase for app development.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work autonomously.
● Excellent communication and soft skills, essential for thriving in a collaborative and dynamic team, and for effectively engaging with stakeholders.

● Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI).
