Job responsibilities:
- Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
- Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
- Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies.
- Interacts with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
- Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirement:
- Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Required Certifications and Training: Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
- Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.
- 15 years of related experience in relevant products, e.g. Oncology products; 7 years management experience and reginal working experience in global company.
- Prior regional experience preferred.
