Adecco is proud to partner with a professional services firm which specializes in helping start-up companies. They are currently looking for office administrator which can have career progression into a corporate secreterial associate.
Responsible for all ensuring internal database is updated as required. Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.
The Job:
- Maintaining office files and internal database.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Talent:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma
- entry level are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently and has a good eye for details.
