Job Description:
- Preparation and serving of a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately, ensuring a smooth management of traffic, and ensuring all items are served promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the coffee bar and front of house areas, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, stock taking and ordering of supplies, and disposing of waste properly.
- Take initiative to learn about the different coffee and tea offerings, and to educate customers about their options.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Managing all part-time staff, including rostering, allocation of hours, and tallying the hours worked for each week.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Min 2 years of related experience
