IT SYSTEM ENGINEER (END-USER SUPPORT: ROTATING SHIFTS)

- Working Location: Central CBD Area (Nearest MRT: Novena)
- Working Days: 5 Working Days/Week (Rotating, including Weekends & PH)
- Working Hours (Rotating):
- Weekday Work Arrangements [within Monday – Friday (8.30 AM – 2.30 PM/ 2.30 PM – 8.30 PM/ 8.30 PM – 8.30 AM)] &
- Weekend/ PH Work Arrangements [within Sat, Sun & PH (8.30 AM – 8.30 PM/ 8.30 PM – 8.30 AM)]}

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily operation (management, maintenance, troubleshooting & replacement) of PABX, Telephony Systems, Voice Servers, Gateways, Phones, Multi-media Interaction Systems, Operating Systems, Server/ SAN/ Network Hardware.
- Working closely with vendors (e.g.: for Trunk services and Telephony Infrastructures)
- Conducting Reviews/ Audits and Reporting (i.e.: Documentations)
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Diploma (or higher) in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Have at least 2 years of relevant working experiences with System Engineering [i.e.: Daily Management & Maintenance of IT Systems (including but not limited to PABX, Telephony Systems, Voice Servers, Gateways, Phones, Multi-media Interaction Systems, System Configuration & Back-up, and Network System, Hardware Installation & Deployment, etc.)]
- Comfortable & able to commit to rotating working days & shifts
