Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans, procedures, and metrics tailored for oil & gas and semiconductor products.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to implement quality improvements and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the oil & gas and semiconductor sectors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance roles within the oil & gas and semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and experience with conducting ISO audits.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Experience in performing quality inspections, audits, and evaluations in compliance with industry regulations.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and software used in quality assurance processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
