IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST (NETWORK OPERATION CENTRE: NOC)

- Company: Well-reputable IT Service Provider Organization (supporting Government related organizations)
- Working Location: Cashew (DT2) (Nearest MRT), about 8 mins walk
- Working Days: 4 Working Days/Week (Rotating; including Weekends & PH): 9 AM – 9 PM/ 9 PM – 9 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring enterprise IT Network, Server, Systems & Commercial Clouds.
- First point of contact with the (internal) customers/ end-users, third-party service providers & other departments [via hotline calls, emails, etc.] to resolve incidents, service requests, etc.
- Documentations, and Record keeping.
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Higher NITEC or Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Have at least 2 – 3 years of relevant working experiences in Network Operation Centre (NOC) environment
