Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising to promote the restaurant.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
2. Sales Initiatives:
- Identify and target potential customers through direct sales efforts and partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Track and report on sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as
- needed.
3. Customer Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent service and regular communication.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Organize and oversee events, tastings, and special promotions to attract and retain customers.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure marketing and sales efforts align with operational capabilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and printers for marketing materials and promotional items.
- Maintain an active presence in the local community to promote the restaurant and its offerings.
- Facilitate events coordination, property tour, media engagements and organizing Events.
5. Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Manage the restaurant's online presence, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
