Note that this job involves quite a bit of heavy lifting & being on your feet for almost the entire day.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including picking and packing of orders, quality control standards, preparing shipment deliveries and warehouse space management
- Handling customers’ queries via e-mail and Instagram and providing them with prompt solutions, escalating issues where necessary
- Oversee and assist with inbound and outbound of stocks
- Working closely with HQ to manage logistics for events
- Manage customers’ returns - including inspection & processing store credits & exchanges
- Update the Operations SOP & assist with training the part-timers
- Support HQ with miscellaneous tasks, including photoshoots & events where necessary
Requirements
- You have very strong organisational skills and attention to details
- You have worked in a relevant field (including operations, fulfillment, warehousing, customer service)
- You have a can-do-attitude and you’re a team player
- You possess strong communication & problem-solving skills
