As Public Area Attendant, you’ll assist to ensure that the public areas meet the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and presentation – ensure high standards are met to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Ensuring all hotel public areas and cleaning schedules completed in a routine and timely manner
- Liaising with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions
- Maintaining stock levels and work aligned to business requirements
- Assisting guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests
What we need from you
- Minimum ‘O’Levels or equivalent
- Able to work shift hours over weekends and public holidays
- Proactive and have an eye for details
- Motivated individual with a friendly personality
