Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage marketing to achieve progressive sale target.
- Supervise and liaise with designers, sub-contractors and all others stakeholders to ensure works are carried out according to projects requirements, plans & designs.
- Negotiate on pricing and draft budget for every project and implement cost efficiency.
- Evaluate potential problems, technical hitches and develop solutions for improvement.
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Complete projects according to budget and deadlines.
- Attend to customers feedbacks / complaints with a customer centric approach
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in project management and renovation.
- Diploma in Building Construction, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellen communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
