Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and pro-active individual to join our team as the Business Partner to our Head of Business in Asia. This role is essential in providing high-level support and assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the financial advisory team
- Assist the Head of Business in managing client relationships by preparing client meeting materials, scheduling appointments, and following up on client requests.
- Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities, market trends, and financial products to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare financial reports, investment proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Monitor and manage administrative tasks such as processing client paperwork, maintaining client databases, and organizing team meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the Senior Financial Advisor and other team members, clients, and external partners.
- Attend Client Meetings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist in organizing client events, seminars, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads and head of Business on special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and enhance service offerings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a financial services or wealth management role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite. Salesforce and Monday.com are preferred but optional.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen to progress and get qualified as a financial advisor in own right.
