Job responsibility
- Effective supervision of day to day operations
- Oversee the timely and proper maintenance of all clinic facilities
- Assist in manpower and resources planning to meet the clinic daily operations needs
- Responsible for well-managed, maintained clinic assets and materials
- Support front counter duties such as dispensing / registrations
- Ensure compliance to dispensing/medication management policies, SOPs and medication safety policies and guidelines
- Support regular review of systems and processes to update the SOP and P&P
- Identify and support best practices among the clinics and ensure that the Workplace Safety and Health and security measures are effectively in place
- Participate in new initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of initiatives, projects or workflows roll-out
- Support coordination and dissemination of information on organisation initiatives and emergency plans such as business continuity plans and pandemic plans
- Monitor and assess performances of the key KPIs established for Clinic Operations
- Maintenance of proper filing and documentation for medical claims and reviews
- Handle patient feedback

- Diploma in any discipline
- Relevant work experience as a clinic assistant
- Experience in managing people and operations at the clinic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work as a team
