Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare spare parts quotations, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to spare parts sales.
- Receive and review purchase orders from customers.
- Track and monitor the progress of purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare job requisitions and purchase requisitions.
- Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, engineering, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Mechatronics
- Experience in handling spare parts, bolts and nuts
- Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A team player with sense of priority, organized and meticulous
- Positive attitude, self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and hardworking
