Main Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of secretarial support to Director included office-management duties, travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents
- Setting up meetings, take meeting minutes and provide summaries
- Provide executive administrative assistance such as handling phone calls, emails and preparing reports
- Coordinate, filing and manage diaries
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in Financial Advisory industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
