This is a year 2 years contract to start. At the end of the 2 years, either the contract gets renewed for another 2 years or a conversion will happen. There will be more perks that I will share with you over the call.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to grasp their intricacies and convert them into functional specifications for development.
- Collaborate in monitoring and reporting project advancement, along with identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide support for multiple application systems and platforms, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Adhere meticulously to company, project, and support standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality throughout all activities and deliverables.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in delivering and maintaining IT applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
- A keen understanding of business requirements and a genuine interest in business processes and process improvement.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
- Showing potential in project management will be added bonus.
