Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of trademark work including pre-filing advice, conflict searches, application, prosecution and registration of trademarks;
- Manage a team of trademark executives - assert quality control, provide training and mentorship;
- Set policies, precedents and best practice guidelines;
- Liaise with regional offices and international agents on trademark prosecution matters;
- Participate in business development efforts at raising awareness, client relationship building
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Law / GCIP
- Proficiency with computers (should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Min. 8 to 10 years’ experience in Trademark work
- Good time and task management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
