ADMIN ASSISTANT

Chua & Partners Llp

We are seeking a proactive individual with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to join our firm as an admin assistant. As an admin assistant, you will handle the day-to-day office administration for the firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial support to lawyers
  • Handling office administration work, including managing letters, file management, billing, and payments
  • Liaising with external bookkeepers / vendors
  • Maintaining office calendar / attending to office visitors

Qualifications:

  • No requirement for prior work experience
  • ITE Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
