Location: Paya Lebar (East)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2000 - $2800 + Performance Incentives
Job scope:
• Perform Temporary / Part Time / Contract staffing activities for clients from various industries
• Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
• Involve in operational recruitment activities
• Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions
• Service existing clients
• Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
• Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
• Achieve Individual & Company KPI targets
Requirements:
• Possess a min Diploma / Degree in any field (No experience welcome to apply)
• Min 2 years of working experience in Customer Service / Sales background
• Fast minded individual, street smart, High sense of responsibility and urgency in completing tasks, Positive mindset!
• Have the passion and affinity to achieve team target through team work
• Extroverted personality and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
