About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a System Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of systems within the organization. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes and standards to uphold the integrity of systems and products. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will lead efforts in continuous improvement, leveraging metrics and data analysis to drive efficiency and effectiveness across systems and processes.

- Ensuring the LOB/BU System Assurance objectives and goals are in line with the Company’s objectives and goals.
- Lead a team of Quality Assurance and Engineering Assurance engineers. Communicate, monitor, appraise and review job expectations and contributions.
- Plan and reviews, determine system improvements and implement change on SYA.
- Continuous improvement in Quality Assurance and Engineering policy and procedures.
- Ensuring and enhancing the Quality performance of the products/services provided by the respective BU/Divisions within the Line of business Quality Assurance (QA) operations.
- Oversee and ensure audits completion with no or minimal non-compliance, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. Assure the timely completion of corrective actions on deficiencies found during audit and verify its effectiveness.
- Meet the Customer Satisfaction Index
- Meet the target set for Audits checks.
- Continuous improvement in Quality Assurance and Engineering policy and procedures.
- Competency Development – build up team competency.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Qualities We Value
- Min. 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity
- Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and inspections.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- A meticulous approach to ensuring quality and compliance.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and challenges.
