Seeking an Operations and customer service Executive position to manage and optimize transportation operations, coordinate driver schedules, track shipments, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Strong organizational and communication skills required, Bilingual is a must.

Suitable candidate should possess the following Skills.
Directly responsible to the HOD for the day-to-day operation efficiency.
To ensure that all shipments are processed through PSA Portnet and Jurong Port online promptly.

To liaise with all customers pertaining to their (client’s) shipment and local delivery.

To ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) is returned on time from drivers and submitted back to the customer within 3 days.
To ensure close monitoring of the delivery of containers/cargo is on time daily, working closely with the traffic controller.
Candidate will be responsible for documentation, liaising with customers for project management or purchase orders (PO), and creating invoices.
To be responsible for visiting sites when loading operations are being done.
Willing to learn how to create Portnet.
When the job is given, he/she is to ensure that all relevant information/documents are available for processing.

To ensure that all import/export shipments and domestic transport are monitored closely without incurring any extra costs, such as:

PSA or Port store-rent.
Direct surcharge fee.
Container demurrage/detention charge.
Hardcopy acknowledgment from the client pertaining to any extra cost connected to any particular shipment.

Working Hour
0900hrs – 18000hrs (Mon – Fri) 1200hrs – 1300hrs (Lunch) work from office.
0800 hrs – 1230hrs (Sat).work from home

Qualifications
Minimum “N” level or its equivalent

Year Of Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service position in the logistic industry is must.
