- Assist Project Manager on all site-related matters including labour and vendor/ subcontractor management
- Point of contact for internal and external liaisons
- Ensure site/ project runs smoothly, maintain/ develop SOP for site operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure adherence to all standard EHS rules and procedures
- Submit regular reports on site updates to the management
- Prepared to be on-call 24/7 for site-related emergencies, if any
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree qualified
- FSM desirable
- Minimum 5 years construction project site management experience with an A1 contractor in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office apps
- Good time management and reporting skills
