Operations Executive

1. Responsible for collecting supply chain operating data, analyzing and reporting to management.
2. Responsible for the maintenance of SAP database;
3. Support the internal process of purchasing, production, and sales departments’ requirements;
4. Support in supply chain related projects.
5. Assist in monitoring and improving the workflow of each part of the supply chain.
6. Provide necessary reports for specific projects.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Master Degree or Undergraduate in Logistics & Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
2. Multilingual / Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations is a plus.
3. Proficient in MS Office (preferably in Excel and PowerPoint).
4. Possess capable multi-tasking and work prioritization skills.
5. Exhibit pro-activeness and good communication skills.
6. Communicate with China suppliers. Knowledge of Chinese Mandarin and English is essential.
