Senior Executive/Manager, HR Business Partnering
6-month Contract
Working location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $6,000 (Depending on experience)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Heads of Department in resource planning and budgeting, as well as talent acquisition
• Support in developing HR solutions to improve employees’ performance and engagement
• Work closely with People Operations team and HR Shared Services teams to deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner
• Participate and support in HR-related and other ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of HR principles, including employment law and compliance requirements
• Resourceful, independent and possessing strong initiative
• Meticulous and with the abilityto exercise a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
