Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR & administrative functions
- Utilize and manage various job portals to meet hiring needs.
- Work closely on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
- Responsible for payroll, CPF submissions, income tax, leave, and claims administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with HODs on Compensation and Benefits, esp. Appraisal System
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in business/HRM or related qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience
- Must have payroll experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Pleasant disposition with ability to interact with all levels of people
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Responsible and possess good attitude
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Able to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team
