Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in leading and motivating the staff in achieving maximum results for the Key Performance measurement.
· Work closely with Marketing Department in carrying out local store marketing
· Monitor the inventory level, replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly.
· Improve upon existing work procedures and operations, ensure that the correct paper works handling are adhered to.
· Take charge and provide necessary supervision during stock take and random count exercise.
· Manage and involve directly in the following daily store operations.
· Opening and closing of the store and banking of the day’s taking
· Work closely with HODs in identifying the right merchandise mix for the department
· Ensure that staff delivers their tasks with quality service
· Management of the Branch’s manpower which include the following:
· Ensure that all HR issues are carried out in consistent with the company’s HR policies and practices
· Process the overtime claims and medical reimbursement of the staff
· Maintain staff discipline and schedule manpower and duty schedule
· Involves in budget planning.
· To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
