1. Minimum 5 years as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with experience in supervision of precast and
post-tensioning elements.
2. Registered with IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer.
3. Preferably with experience in industrial/ business park projects.
4. Experience in supervising of bored piling works, basement excavation and ERSS.
5. Experience in inspecting defects and rectification works during post TOP period.
