Currently experiencing rapid expansion, its Singapore office is seeking dynamic individuals to join its team.
Job Details:
- Walking distance from Expo MRT
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Salary range: Up to $3300
Responsibilities:
- Complete airfreight shipping process. From receiving request, booking and invoicing.
- Assist in providing quotes to clients
- Handle queries between staff, clients and service providers/vendors.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process.
- Ensure processes are being adhered to by operational procedures.
- Service provider/vendor handling
- Understand and build trade lanes between our international offices.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics
- General knowledge of Imports / Exports / General Logistics /Warehousing/ Customs / Rate
-Understanding Seafreight and Airfreight knowledge (Importing and Exporting)
