Job Description:
- Support recruitment activities, reviewing and liaison with candidates, govemment bodies and internally pertaining to onboarding documents including Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and pass applications.
- Manage exit interviews reschedules (if any) for resignees (specialist evell to meet with VMB/ACMB.
- Support leadership search and Renewals exercise.
- Arranging interview meetings, prepare appointment and renewal letters for Exec's review and updating details into HRIS.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
