Job Description
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate project tasks and ensure they are completed on time
- Liaise with project team members to ensure clear communication of project objectives and expectations
- Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
- Assist in the allocation of project resources
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues or risks
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations as required
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Assist in preparing budget reports and forecasts
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on project risks and issues. Implement corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Office environment but required to travel to project sites
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in mechanical engineering and AutoCAD is preferred
