Responsibilities:
- Schedule daily installations
- Recruit and cultivate quality flooring installation contractors
- Manage warehouse operations and worker
- Manage daily installation schedule
- Process work order and labor ticket paperwork daily
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of flooring projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel.
- Lead and supervise a team of flooring installers, technicians, and support staff.
- Manage inventory levels of flooring materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and operational metrics
- oversees several projects, coordinating budgets, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
