Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the manager, he’ll perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.
- Working with chillers to support maintenance, commission, service, install, retrofit, and repair.
- Involve in sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management’s review.
· Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer’s questions & problem.
· Manage assets that are devoted to supporting sales service efforts including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory, and this included exercise cost reduction process in accordance with budget control objectives.
· Develop new design, sales & service opportunities and provide sales service support to existing clients.
· Travel to perform sales service locally & overseas and provide support as and when required.
· Coordinate and support contractors.
. Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in engineering qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in semicon industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing.
- Customer-centric with good oral & written skills
- Hand-on with a can-do attitude
· Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, goal driven.
