- Be a first point of liasion for customers
- To gather required information/documents as required for various tasks
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information to customer's questions
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Prepare basic documents for clients
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of company secretary or accounting is a plus
Position will be partly or fully WFH.
